With big emphasis on company wide - Mobile first design strategy started to create all designs as responsive. The approach ensured the most difficult but most used UX to be designed first and extended up to wide screens or even scalable up-to two monitors.
With the responsive approach the biggest goal was to use the same application for the call center Agents as well as the door to door sales rep and the technicians. Big savings in terms of single app as compared to multiple efforts for each group but also an extra revenue generating source due to additional 'sales & recommendations' module availability to technicians.
